I hear by swear that I legally own the dog I am trying to surrender to rescue and I have no contract with the breeder stating I must contact them first before rehoming their dog..

I understand that by filling out this form it is not an agreement with Giant Paws Boerboel Rescue to take the dog. A full evaluation of the dog must be by Giant Paws Boerboel Rescue before we can take possession of the dog. An owner surrender form must be signed by the legal owner of the dog if Giant Paws Boerboel Rescue does agree to take the dog.
