Maximus (MAX) the Great
Approximately 7 years old and is being fostered in Florida. Max's favorite thing to do is to go for any kind of adventure with his people. He loves going for car rides and meeting more people. Because the more people too pet him the better right? He also loves kids of all ages. He's still learning manners but has come a long way. He knows most basic commands and is a great boy. He just wants to be loved. He’s been doing great meeting other dogs but would do best as a single dog in the home getting all the attention. A retired couple or an older retired single person that is home most of the time needing a companion would be his perfect match. He has a very high prey drive so no cats or very small dogs. Both house and crate trained but can have separation anxiety so will need a very heavy duty crate if you have to leave him alone for a long period of time. Adoption fee for Max is $200

Scottie is a young corso girl pulled from Henrico County Animal Control in Virginia as a stray. . little bit about me...😎🤓
I like balls... the bouncy kind. I like people, I could people all day. Tall people, short people, big people, little people, boy people, girl people... people. I like to be around my people. Oh and DOGS. OMG I like dogs. I’m still working on how to play with dogs because I get. SO. EXCITEDDDDD. I can not contain myself sometimes. Cats.... so here’s what had happened. I do like cats. In fact I like cats a little too much. I love them so much that I could even be a danger to their lives 😊 but it’s all love right?!? I love being outside. I could be outside ALL. DAY. LONG. I like being inside too though. All I really want to do is play. Learn. Ball. Play. Play. Ball. Play. Did I tell you I have a lot of energy?!? Oh and IM SMART. Too smart for my own good according to my FM. I’m house trained, crate trained and I walk well on a leash. I’m also very strong and did I mention I have a lot of energy?!?
Scottie would do well in an experienced Corso home. Someone that will continue her training and just love her. She’s no couch potato!!! She needs things or maybe even work to do. She would do well with someone who is very active. She loves to go for rides and she is very social. She craves to be around people! She would do best with older children. She NEEDS a doggy playmate that maybe could have the same energy level or slightly different. Another dog would also help her energy level. She’s not afraid of anything or anyone and is very confident. She has a very strong prey drive so no small dogs or cats. She loves all people but she seems to have a little more love for men. She’d totally be the perfect guys dog. She could fit in any situation with the right balance and someone committed to working with her. She learns fairly quickly! Adoption fee for Scottie is $350

DAISY DUKE THE BOERBOEL IN VIRGINIA
Daisy Duke was picked up as a stray at a shelter in Virginia. They fell in love with her as she is a super sweet girl. She tested well in the shelter with male and female dogs and also cats. She came into our rescue on October 18, 2021 and is being fostered in Virginia at this time. She is approximatey 3 to 5 years old, spayed, up to date on vaccines and heartworm negative.
